The exciting 2023 LIV Golf season got underway with many of the biggest names in world golf teeing it up in the first event of the LIV Golf League’s in Mayakoba. It is the venue for the latest chapter in the series that’s bringing a radical new look to the great game of golf.

Graeme finished in 13th position with a score of -4 for the week. His opening round of -1 included some great shots into the green coming up close, his tee shot on the par 3 8th hit the pin but took an un lucky bounce off the green, he ended with the day with a birdie which steadied the ship.

On Day 2 Graeme put himself right in the mix with a wonderful round of -4, which put him in the top 10 going into the final round.

Sunday started well with Graeme up to T6 after the front nine. With dropped shots coming in he fell back down the field to end the final round 1 over, putting him on -4 for the week. Charles Howell III was the winner on -16.

Team Cleeks GC finished in 12th Place on +4, Crushers GC won with -26

A lot of positives to take away from the week and his game in great shape, a slightly disappointing final day back nine but a great place to build from.

PIF Saudi International powered by Softbank Investment Advisers

With rounds of 70,67 70 and 66, it was a good start to the 2023 season with a respectable 7 under T25 finish at the PIF Saudi International powered by Softbank Investment Advisers. I hit the ball well tee to green and the putter warmed up as the week came to a finale with a nice 66, included 5 birdies.

The Royal Greens Golf and Country Club holds fond memories after being the Saudi International Champion back in 2020 with a 2 shot margin. As always the club and staff were incredibly welcoming and hosted a fantastic tournament.
